These Terms and Conditions govern the use of https://www.ontheirscreen.com and all services provided by On Their Screen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
On Their Screen operates as a freelance digital and creative services provider based in England and Wales.

We provide professional services including photography and videography, graphic design and branding, website design and development, and website maintenance and content management. All services are delivered based on the scope agreed with the client in writing via email, proposal, invoice, or contract.
All quotes are based on the information supplied by the client and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If the project scope, timeline, or requirements change, a revised quote may be issued.
A security deposit of 40–50% of the total project value is required before work begins, depending on the service. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or as stated on the invoice. Work will not commence until the deposit is received. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Security deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to complete the agreed service due to circumstances on our side. No refunds are provided for completed or delivered work. If a client cancels a project, the deposit is forfeited and any completed work must still be paid for.
The number of revisions included in a project is determined by the agreed scope, delivery timeline, and budget. Revisions are negotiated in advance and are not unlimited. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials and for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content supplied. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing, late, or incorrect client input.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only once full payment has been received. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain our property.
We may either build and hand over a website to the client or provide ongoing website maintenance under a separate agreement. If a website is handed over to the client, we do not provide maintenance unless explicitly agreed. We are not responsible for issues caused by client edits, third-party plugins, hosting providers, or platform outages.
Website maintenance services must be purchased at the time of website build. If a site is handed over to the client, maintenance is not offered later due to the risk of structural changes beyond the original scope.
Clients may terminate a project at any time, but the security deposit will not be refunded. We may suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, these terms are breached, or the project becomes unworkable. Any outstanding balances remain payable.
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, indirect or consequential losses, third-party service failures, or errors caused by client-provided content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
All client information is treated as confidential unless required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
